Nuggets' Malone tells traveling Lakers fans to 'take that L on the way out'
There were plenty of Los Angeles Lakers supporters in attendance on Tuesday night when the Denver Nuggets hosted LeBron James and Co. at Pepsi Center.
Nuggets head coach Michael Malone was more than happy to disappoint all of them.

"We don't want any converts. You're either with us or you're against us," Malone said following his team's 117-85 victory. "And we understand, when we play these great teams ... Hey, LeBron is arguably the best player ever. When he comes to town, their (Lakers) fans carry.
"As long as their fans go home disappointed, that's all I care about. The Warrior fans can come in here, the Celtic fans can come in here, the Laker fans can come in here. But take that L on the way out."
Paul Millsap, Jamal Murray, and Malik Beasley each scored 20 points for the Nuggets, who improved to 14-7 with the blowout win. Denver outrebounded Los Angeles 60-39 and held the opposition to 5-of-35 shooting from behind the arc.
The Lakers have now lost their last two games following a three-game winning streak, placing them seventh in the Western Conference at 11-9 and 2 1/2 games back of Denver.
