The Los Angeles Lakers have won three straight games after an epic finish in their 107-106 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.

It's a welcome change for LeBron James, who admits his frustrations nearly got the best of him when the team got off to a 2-5 start.

‪"I haven't changed anything outwardly, but you know me. You know how I am. I almost cracked (last week)," James joked after the Lakers' 101-86 win over the Sacramento Kings on Saturday, according to Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes. "I had to sit back and remind myself, '(Expletive), you knew what you were getting yourself into.' This process has been good for me. I just have to continue being patient."‬

The newly formed roster struggled to mesh in late-game situations, as their first five losses were decided by nine points or less. The Lakers have since gone 5-1 and have found their groove in crunch time.

‪"I had to regroup and remember this is a young team," James added. "We're playing some good ball right now and we're starting to build some good habits. That's all that matters right now."

James is averaging 26.4 points, 7.8 boards, and 7.1 assists through 13 contests.
