Stephen Curry won't play Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets due to a strained groin, Warriors coach Steve Kerr said, per The Athletic's Anthony Slater.

The two-time MVP is considered day to day, but Kerr said Curry's MRI following his abductor injury Thursday "looked good."

"He's still sore," Kerr said.

Curry left Thursday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks in the third quarter. The sharpshooter didn't hit a 3-point shot for the first time this season, going 0-for-4 from beyond the arc before exiting the game.
