Iverson's original Reebok Answer 1 sneakers to be re-released

Allen Iverson's Reebok Answer 1s are being re-released in Philadelphia 76ers colors for the first time.

The shoes will drop exclusively in China on Sept. 22 before making their way to North America, according to Ross Dwyer of Sneaker News.

First released in 1997, the Answer 1 was Iverson's second signature sneaker with Reebok. It's been reissued several times over the years, most recently in 2013, but never in the original red and white colorway.

Iverson and Reebok announced in December that they would be resurrecting his signature shoes through the I3 Legacy Collection.
