Sacramento Kings guard Frank Mason III has been hit with a lawsuit by his former agency, Lil Wayne's Young Money APAA Sports Group.

Mason signed with Young Money prior to the 2017 NBA Draft, but fired the agency in April "at the urging of a former YM employee," according to TMZ Sports, which obtained a copy of the lawsuit. As part of his deal, Mason reportedly received a $40,000 advance, had $52,000 in pre-draft expenses paid for, and was gifted an $11,000 diamond chain.

Mason's contract stipulated that he would be required to repay the money and return the jewelry if he ever left the agency. Young Money claims he didn't repay the agency or give the jewelry back.

The 24-year-old is slated to earn $1.378 million during the 2018-19 season.
