Two-time NBA champion Mario Chalmers is fully healthy and is being targeted by the Brooklyn Nets, Dallas Mavericks, and New Orleans Pelicans, a source told ESPN's Marc J. Spears.
Chalmers, 32, ruptured his right Achilles in March 2016 as a member of the Memphis Grizzlies. He went unsigned through the 2016-17 campaign and didn't return to action until last season, when he averaged 7.7 points and three assists per game in 66 contests after reuniting with the Grizzlies.
The nine-year veteran can play both on and off the ball and has proven to be a successful spot-up 3-point shooter. He has also reliably defended both guard positions despite being relatively undersized at 6-foot-2.
Chalmers is most well-known as the starting point guard during the Miami Heat's championship run with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh.
