Vanessa Bryant shuts down talk of Kobe comeback

Sorry Los Angeles Lakers fans, Kobe Bryant won't be coming out of retirement to play with LeBron James.

Talk of a Bryant comeback was reignited earlier this week after Shaquille O'Neal jokingly told TMZ Sports, "Kobe coming back I heard." Bryant's wife, Vanessa, addressed the rumors in the comments of one of her recent Instagram posts, and made it clear he's happily retired.

In addition to spending time with his family, Kobe is also busy with his various media projects. His book "The Mamba Mentality" is due out in October and he plans to launch a fictional universe in the near future.
