A trio of veteran wings are available for trade on the eve of free agency.
New York Knicks shooting guard Courtney Lee, Denver Nuggets small forward Wilson Chandler, and Atlanta Hawks forward Kent Bazemore are on the trading block, according to David Aldridge of NBA.com.
Lee enjoyed another solid two-way season as a starter with the Knicks in 2017-18. The dependable 32-year-old averaged 12 points and shot 40.6 percent from deep. He's owed $12 million in each of the next two seasons, but should still command a decent return in a trade.
Chandler had another strong defensive campaign as a highly switchable forward, but he wasn't as prolific offensively as in previous seasons. The 31-year-old averaged his fewest points per game since an injury-riddled 2011-12 season and unsurprisingly picked up his $12.8 million player option. Given that the Nuggets are starring at an exorbitant luxury tax bill, Chandler can probably be acquired in a salary dump.
Bazemore is the youngest of the three, and while he's still a productive player, his contract is onerous and unlikely to be dealt. The 28-year-old is owed $18 million for 2018-19 with a player option worth $19 million the year thereafter.
