Atlanta Hawks center Dewayne Dedmon has exercised his $7.2-million player option for 2018-19, sources told Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania.
Dedmon, 28, signed a two-year, $14-million deal with Atlanta in 2017 and averaged a career-high 10 points and 7.9 boards in 62 games last season.
He had prior stints with the San Antonio Spurs, Orlando Magic, Philadelphia 76ers, and Golden State Warriors in his five NBA seasons.
