The Chicago Bulls are seemingly having second thoughts on point guard Kris Dunn.

Bulls executives are unimpressed with Dunn's workout habits this summer, as the 24-year-old guard is "shortcutting" his training routine, multiple sources told Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times.

Cowley added that Dunn was a "workout warrior" when he first arrived from the Minnesota Timberwolves, but that sentiment has changed.

The Bulls valued Dunn highly enough to part ways with Jimmy Butler last summer, and he validated their faith by enjoying a breakout campaign in his sophomore season. Dunn averaged 13.4 points, six assists, and two steals in 52 appearances while being a difference-maker on defense.

But if Dunn isn't committed to further improving, Chicago may look to draft another guard of the future with the No. 7 pick in this summer's draft. Collin Sexton is said to be an athletic marvel, similar to Dunn, while Trae Young could be a transcendent scorer.
