San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker is uncertain about his future with the franchise he's spent his entire 17-year career with.

As he enters unrestricted free agency, Parker hopes to play for another few years - ideally in San Antonio - but know he may have to move on if the team goes in another direction.

"It is not yet sure that I'll stay with the Spurs," Parker said, according to ESPN's Michael C. Wright. "I am open to all proposals. I would like to make my entire career in San Antonio. The sport remains a business, and we will have to make choices. I have been 17 years with the Spurs. I would always be nostalgic, but it's not the end of the world if I change my club. I say two or three years more (I can play if) I can go somewhere else, I'm 50-50. I do not see myself outside of basketball yet. I want to stay three more years to do the 20 seasons."

Parker struggled with a quad injury to begin the 2017-18 season, missing the first 19 contests. Upon returning, he started 21 games before losing the gig to second-year guard Dejounte Murray. It was the first time in Paker's career that he didn't start at least 50 games. He'd also never been part of a team that failed to win 50 games until this season, when the Spurs went 47-35.

The 35-year-old is a four-time NBA champion and was awarded the 2007 Finals MVP. In addition to playoff success, Parker's made six All-Star teams and four All-NBA teams during his illustrious career.

He averaged career lows in games played (55), points (7.7), assists (3.5), rebounds (1.7), and minutes (19.5) this season.
