Not everyone on the Portland Trail Blazers walked away unscathed from Friday's home win over the Los Angeles Clippers.
An MRI confirmed that backup big man Ed Davis sustained a right ankle sprain during Portland's 105-96 victory.
He'll be re-evaluated in one-to-two weeks.
Portland only has six games remaining in the regular season, so there's a chance Davis may not return until the first round of the playoffs if he needs a full two weeks to recover. The regular-season finale comes on April 11 against the Utah Jazz in Portland.
The 28-year-old hadn't missed a game before injuring his ankle. He's averaging 5.4 points and 7.4 rebounds on 58.5 percent shooting for the 47-29 Blazers.
