Clippers' Teodosic leaves game with foot soreness after electric 1st half

The candle that burns twice as bright sometimes burns half as long.

After an electric, highlight-reel performance in the first half against the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers guard Milos Teodosic was ruled out for the rest of the game at halftime due to foot soreness, according to The New York Times' Marc Stein.

The 31-year-old rookie finished with 13 points, four assists, one rebound, and a block, but it was the manner in which Teodosic accumulated his stats that left spectators breathless.

Teodosic started a perfect 4-of-4 from 3-point range during the first 5:33 of the game to give the Clippers an early 24-15 lead.

After staring in Europe for over a decade, Teodosic's stateside adventures have been slowed by injury concerns. The Serbia native has only appeared in 45 games to date, and has only surpassed the 30-minute threshold on seven occasions.
