Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball isn't an All-Star, but teammate Jordan Clarkson thinks LeBron James should draft him anyway.

Clarkson told TMZ Sports that James, one of the two captains who will be drafting teams under the NBA's new All-Star Game format, should take Ball with the top pick.

Ball received 607,961 fan votes, good for sixth among Western Conference guards.
