LeBron James slammed apparel company H&M for releasing a racially insensitive advertisement Monday.
H&M has since apologized and retracted the image. The photo showed a young black model wearing a sweater with the caption "coolest monkey in the jungle" emblazoned across the chest, and was displayed with the item on the retailer's web store.
James, via an Instagram post, shared an altered image by artist Chris Classic that recast the boy in a positive light.
