Isaiah Thomas wasn't kidding about being emotional when he found out he got traded.
The Players' Tribune shared a video Wednesday documenting the moment the All-Star point guard was informed by Boston Celtics general manager Danny Ainge that he was dealt to the Cleveland Cavaliers this past offseason.
Thomas, 28, had just arrived home to Seattle after celebrating his wedding anniversary when he returned Ainge's call and learned of his fate.
"That's crazy," he said as he sat there trying to process the news.
"We gonna win the finals anyway," he added.

Thomas, who's shown wiping away tears as he tells his friends and family, revealed he was hurt given everything he went through with his sister's death and what he did for the Celtics in two-plus seasons with the club.
"I gave my heart to that city and that organization," he said, before conceding there's no loyalty in sports.
