Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert will miss the next five-to-seven days due to a left knee effusion, the team announced Saturday.
Shumpert has started the last five games with Derrick Rose out, and is averaging 5.2 points on just 39.3 percent shooting on the season. While Cleveland has won four straight, it remains only two games over .500 and can ill afford more injuries.
Either Kyle Korver or Dwyane Wade could return to the starting lineup. The Cavs will also likely call up John Holland from the G League, according to Cleveland.com's Joe Vardon.
