Joel Embiid is ready to take on the Golden State Warriors for the first time in his career.

Ahead of Saturday's matchup with the defending champions, the hilarious Philadelphia 76ers big man shared a message he previously relayed to Draymond Green.

"I saw Draymond this summer and I told him that I was gonna kick his ass," Embiid told reporters Friday.

"I can't wait to play against him. I love the way he talks trash, and I feel like I'm kind of the same, so it's going to be a fun battle, especially going against (Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Kevin Durant). I still haven't played against them, so I'm excited."

The talented 23-year-old center missed both games against the Dubs last year due to a season-ending knee injury. He's leading the 6-5 Sixers with 20.7 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks over nine games this season.
