Canadian yoga studio claims Big Baller Brand stole company's logo
Big Baller Brand may soon have a lawsuit on its hands.
"Modern Body," a yoga studio in Ottawa, Ontario, is accusing Big Baller Brand of stealing its logo for LaMelo Ball's new signature shoe, the Melo Ball 1's, according to CTV's Catherine Lathem.
"I don’t want it to be, 'oh she’s a little yoga studio in Ottawa Canada, who cares we can get away with this,' it’s my logo and I protected it for a reason," Modern Body owner Hana Engel told Lathem.
Engel has reportedly already had her lawyer send Big Baller Brand a letter and intends to take the company to court if it fails to abide by the copyright law.
