The Atlanta Hawks and digital health platform Sharecare have reached an agreement on a five-year deal that will put the company's logo on the team's jerseys, it was announced Thursday.

One of Sharecare's founders is Dr. Mehmet Oz - better known as TV's "Dr. Oz" - who attended the announcement alongside the Hawks' ownership group.

Atlanta becomes the 13th NBA team to get a jersey patch sponsor going into the league's first season allowing the new advertising space.

Hawks chief revenue officer Andrew Saltzman told Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Tim Tucker that the deal is the team's second largest annual sponsorship, behind only the Philips Arena naming rights deal.
