Fultz names Lonzo as toughest opponent in college, wants BBB gear
Game recognize game.
Markelle Fultz named Lonzo Ball as the toughest opponent he lined up against in college, and clamored for some Big Baller Brand T-shirts during a recent talk show streamed on Twitch.
"In college? Lonzo Ball," Fultz said. "I'm tryna get some Big Baller Brand T-shirts. Gotta hit him up before we leave."
Fultz and Ball, the top two picks in this summer's draft, played against each other just once in their lone collegiate seasons. Ball scored 22 points, grabbed six rebounds, recorded five assists, and poached four steals in UCLA's 41-point win over Washington. Fultz had 25 points, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals of his own but his team was roundly humbled.
As for the request for BBB apparel? Fultz is signed to Nike, so the company can't be thrilled with Fultz's endorsement.
