Petition starts for OKC's Adams to appear on Game of Thrones
HBO hit Game of Thrones has a long history of celebrity musician cameos - including members of Snow Patrol and Coldplay. This season, the show went as far as to have Ed Sheeran actually singing in an early episode.
But the trend is branching out in the show's final season: New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard made a cameo as a part of the Lannister army (spoiler alert!), seconds before his entire crew was torched by one of Daenerys Targaryen's dragons.
Syndergaard's cameo prompted some basketball fans to ensure athletes from their favorite sport get a chance for an appearance on the show.
Thursday night, a petition started circulating for Oklahoma City Thunder big man Steven Adams to garner a quick appearance, suggesting he and his tall, bearded self should appear with an army of equally tall and bearded men - the Dothraki.
It didn't take long for the New Zealander to notice and be totally on board.
I would be honoured to be Khal Drogo son

We know Adams just got rid of the beard, but no better time to start growing again.
