Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams has perhaps the most unique routine for practicing free throws of any NBA player.
Considered one of the toughest big men in the Association, Adams takes his reputation to new heights with his routine, which involves Thunder assistant Darko Rajakovic sporadically delivering uppercuts to Adams' stomach when he least expects it, according to The Norman Transcript's Fred Katz.
The 24-year-old New Zealander has improved his free-throw percentage each of the last three years, converting a career-best 61.1 percent in 2016-17.
While still not great, the number is at least on the rise, providing a smidge of legitimacy to his unconventional training method.
