Taj Gibson donates $20K to daughter of slain mother

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Taj Gibson made a generous donation to help out a family in need.

Gibson donated $20,000 to a GoFundMe campaign set up for Amelia St. Omare, the 3-year-old daughter of Chynna Battle, who was killed after two gunmen opened fire into a crowd of people outside a Brooklyn housing complex earlier this month.

As of Thursday afternoon, the campaign raised just over $24,000 toward its $30,000 goal.
