The Chicago Bulls have made Joffrey Lauvergne an unrestricted free agent after pulling his qualifying offer Saturday, sources told The Vertical's Shams Charania.
The move will clear up more than $2 million in cap space for Chicago.
Lauvergne split time with the Bulls and Oklahoma City Thunder this past season, averaging 5.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and an assist in 70 combined games.
Chicago has been relatively quiet since free agency opened, agreeing to deals with backups Cristiano Felicio and Justin Holiday.
