Millsap thanks Hawks fans for helping him grow from 'average Joe' to All-Star

Atlanta will always be near and dear to Paul Millsap's heart.
The power forward is headed to the Denver Nuggets, but as he goes, he took the time to express his gratitude to fans of the Atlanta Hawks.
Millsap spent the past four "amazing" years in the ATL, where he broke out as an All-Star. The 32-year-old averaged 17.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 3.3 dimes, 1.7 steals, and 1.2 blocks as a Hawk, leading the club to the playoffs every year and reaching as far as the Eastern Conference finals.
