LeBron: Cavs won't slow pace vs. Warriors

The Cleveland Cavaliers may be down 2-0 in their series with the Golden State Warriors, but it doesn't appear that they have any plans of changing their approach on the offensive end.

LeBron James revealed Tuesday that the Cavaliers have zero intention of slowing down the pace moving forward, even if it means playing into the hands of their opponent.

"That's not our game," LeBron told reporters. "We play at our pace and we play our game."

After struggling from the field in Game 1, the Cavaliers put together a strong offensive performance Sunday, scoring 113 points in the team's 19-point defeat. Things have been much worse on the other end of the floor, where Cleveland has allowed Golden State to score 245 points over the first two games.

Despite the Warriors' success thus far, Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue echoed LeBron's comments, saying Cleveland will continue to push the tempo in Game 3.

"We have to play fast," Lue said. "That's our game. We want to play with pace, but to play with pace, you have to get stops."
