Cavs' Jefferson: 'We're not going to make too many adjustments'

The Cleveland Cavaliers don't want to overreact to getting blown out in Game 1.

After reviewing film of Thursday's 113-91 loss to the Golden State Warriors, the Cavaliers have concluded their game plan was mostly solid and they should stay the course.

"We're not going to make too many adjustments," Cavaliers forward Richard Jefferson told Anthony Slater of the San Jose Mercury News on Saturday.

Jefferson asserts that the lopsided result mostly came down to a few swing sequences that went the Warriors' way.

"Kyle Korver has a pretty good look from three going into the half when we're down five. He misses it. It happens," Jefferson said. "Then Andre Iguodala, who is not nearly the percentage 3-point shooter, makes a contested shot. That's the difference between going into halftime down by two or down by eight. ...

"We look at that and say we're not far away from where it needs to be. We just have to clean it up and pick up our intensity."
