Barkley on Shaq: 'I just like messing with him 'cause he got thin skin'

It may seem like Charles Barkley has a grudge against fellow TNT analyst Shaquille O'Neal during airings of "Inside the NBA," but in actuality, Sir Charles is just trying to toy with his broadcast partner.

"I love digging with the little fella. I told somebody that he got thinner skin than Flat Stanley," Barkley said during a recent appearance on "The Rich Eisen Show." "I like messing with him. And I just keep turning and turning, and I can just see the veins in his forehead every time I ride him about Kobe (Bryant), and Dwyane (Wade), and Alonzo (Mourning).

"I just like messing with him, 'cause he got thin skin. I told people, he does. He got thinner skin than Flat Stanley, and I'm just sitting there dying laughing, and he's getting so mad. We're always good man, but I'm going to keep digging at him because I love to see him sweat."

Following the Cleveland Cavaliers' Game 4 win over the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals, Barkley and Shaq began royally roasting each other after Shaq took exception to being interrupted. Barkley responded by saying O'Neal rode the coattails of other stars en route to making the Finals as many times as he did.
