Since retiring from the NBA following 20 seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, Kobe Bryant has been keeping busy with several creative projects, including teaming up with ESPN on a video series called "Canvas."
On Thursday, Bryant had the opportunity to meet one of his muses: "Game of Thrones" author George R.R. Martin, who taught him about "the art of story."
