The Toronto Raptors are already down one All-Star with Kyle Lowry sitting Game 4 with an ankle injury.
Iman Shumpert nearly (unintentionally) added another to the list.
Going up for a shot in the paint early in the second quarter, Shumpert raised his leg and nailed DeMar DeRozan right in his groin, sending the Raptors guard to the ground in a world of pain.
DeRozan headed to the locker room, but returned almost immediately.
Shumpert was assessed a technical foul for his actions.
