It looks like it's going to be a long series for Isaiah Thomas.
The Boston Celtics point guard got bullied early on by John Wall and the Washington Wizards, who scored 16 unanswered points to open the second-round series Sunday.
To add insult to injury, Thomas took an inadvertent shot to the mouth, knocking out a front tooth.

The All-Star was anything but toothless after, responding with back-to-back 3-pointers.

Thomas, who picked up the chiclet and tossed it to trainer Ed Lacerte, briefly left the contest to have it re-positioned.
