Wizards' John Wall: Game-time decision with quad injury
Wall will be a game-time decision for Monday's contest against the Pistons due to a sore left thigh, Candace Buckner of The Washington Post reports.
Analysis:
The injury likely isn't a major concern for Wall, but since entering the postseason at full strength is a top priority, it wouldn't be a surprise if he were given the night off. The team will likely provide an update on Wall's status closer to the 8:00 p.m. EST tip off, but even if Wall is able to give it a go, coach Scott Brooks said he would likely keep the point guard under 30 minutes, along with the rest of the starters. Brandon Jennings would end up seeing the bulk of the minutes at point guard if Wall is held out.
