Cavaliers' Kyrie Irving: Day-to-day with knee tightness
Irving (knee) is considered day-to-day heading into Saturday's game against the Clippers, Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com reports.
Analysis:
Irving exited Thursday's game against the Jazz after playing 30 minutes upon experiencing tightness in his left knee. Coach Tyronn Lue downplayed Irving's injury after the contest, but it's not a given that the point guard will be able to play Saturday. If Irving is forced to miss time, Deron Williams would likely enter the starting five and take on a 30-plus-minute role.
