Secondly, LeBron received a technical for swinging on the rim, which is well-known as a no-no in the rule book. However, it appeared that James was merely using his momentum to come back down. The NFL has been called the "No Fun League" at times due to its rules penalizing exuberance, and this call may represent the NBA equivalent of that attitude.
