Kings' Ty Lawson: Productive in return to starting five
Lawson started at point guard and finished with 11 points (5-13 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT) while adding nine assists and two steals across 35 minutes in Monday's 102-88 loss against the Timberwolves.
Analysis:
Lawson returned to the starting lineup in place of Tyreke Evans and was fairly productive, narrowly missing out on his first double-double of the season. As a 43 percent shooter from the field on the season, Lawson isn't the most reliable scorer, but he'll be a serviceable source of assists and steals even if he transitions back to a 20-plus-minute reserve role before long.
