Watch: McGrady can't believe he's nominated for HOF
You're going to have to start this one about 1:22 in to get the full effect of what went down on ESPN's The Jump in the wake of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame nominations, which were announced Wednesday.
The team at ESPN had the Hall of Fame nomination list for this year a little bit early - enough time for host Rachel Nichols to break the news to commentator Tracy McGrady that he was on said list.
"No way," McGrady responds, truly looking shocked that his name was on it, not sure whether Nichols is serious.
The 37-year-old was a two-time scoring champion for the Orlando Magic and a seven-time All-Star over his career, spanning 15 seasons and six teams.
The only thing better? The potential reaction video for an actual induction to the Hall.
