Lakers' Larry Nance: Looks explosive against the Nets
Nance scored 6 points (3-3 FG), four rebounds, two assists, a steal and three blocks Wednesday in a 97-107 loss to Brooklyn.
Analysis:
After missing the last few games with a right knee contusion, Nance returned with a bang against Brooklyn. While he had a quiet night as far as scoring volume, Nance hustled hard on the defensive end, contesting shots and jumping passing lanes with his towering wingspan. Then, towards the end of the third quarter, Nance faked a hand-off to Lou Williams before rising up over seven-foot Brook Lopez for what has to be the early dunk-of-the-year favorite. Knee problem? What knee problem?
