Lakers' Julius Randle: Limited to non-contact work Monday
Randle (hip) was able to take part in non-contact work during Monday's practice, but has yet to be given a concrete timetable for a return, Serena Winters of LakersNation.com reports.
Analysis:
Randle has missed the last three games due to a hip pointer, but has been a partial participant in practice over the last few days. He'll continue to ramp up his workload in the near future, but until he's cleared for full-contact work, he shouldn't be considered on the brink of a return. Coach Luke Walton indicated he hoped to have Randle back at some point during the team's upcoming four-game road trip, which concludes with a Dec. 3 matchup against the Grizzlies. According to Mark Medina of L.A. Daily News, Randle should be considered questionable for Tuesday's outing versus the Pelicans.
