Jazz's George Hill: Takes part in shootaround

Hill (thumb) took part in shootaround Monday morning, but remains questionable for the Jazz's game later in the evening against the Grizzlies, Andy Larsen of KSL.com reports.

Analysis:

Hill has missed the last four games with a sprained thumb on his shooting hand, but his participation in shootaround bodes well for his chances of playing Monday night. However, with the team non-committal on a potential return, there likely won't be an announcement on Hill's status until closer to tip time. If Hill is ultimately given the green light to play, it would result in reduced roles for both Shelvin Mack and Dante Exum.
