"Our partnership with Derrick remains unchanged," an Adidas representative told ESPN's Darren Rovell.

There had been some question in recent weeks as to whether the apparel giant would penalize Rose in the wake of sensitive details that emerged in the case. Many athletes and celebrities have so-called "morals clauses" built into endorsement contracts.
Rose signed a 13-year deal with Adidas worth a reported $185 million in 2012, at the time the second-richest endorsement contract in sports history.
