The upside to this is real NBA basketball is coming, and the Miami Heat marked the beginning of autumn Thursday with former player Shane Battier's annual "Battioke," where various Miami celebrities put their karaoke skills out there for public ridicule for the benefit of youth education.
Coach Erik Spoelstra and his wife did a number from "Grease," while Battier and Pitbull opened the show with material about as listenable as most of Pitbull's studio-produced fare.
