The Brooklyn Nets have reached an agreement on a contract with free agent swingman Chase Budinger, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.
Budinger split time between Indiana and Phoenix last season as he toiled through his worst year to date. The veteran shooting guard averaged just 4.1 points in 14.1 minutes across 66 appearances.
When fit, Budinger can provide reliable outside shooting. However, the 28-year-old hasn't put together a fully healthy campaign in his last five seasons.
