Jason Terry isn't the only veteran sharpshooter on his way to Milwaukee.

The Bucks are also expected to re-sign 33-year-old forward Steve Novak, according to Charles F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Novak joined the Bucks last season after being waived following the trade deadline. He would play only three games in a Bucks uniform before succumbing to a season-ending MCL sprain.

Retaining a 3-point specialist like Novak is consistent with the Bucks' offseason strategy of adding shooters. The team signed Matthew Dellavedova, Mirza Teletovic, and Terry in an effort to bolster their drive-and-kick offense.

When healthy, Novak can provide deadeye 3-point shooting as a small-ball power forward. His career 3-point percentage sits at 43.1 across 10 seasons - albeit in limited time.

Novak also has deep ties to the city of Milwaukee. He played at Marquette and Brown Deer High School.
