Gary Payton says Seattle deserves NBA team, wants to be an owner

Former Seattle SuperSonics point guard Gary Payton wants to bring the NBA back to the Emerald City.
Payton, who was drafted No. 2 overall by the SuperSonics in 1990, told TMZ Sports that Seattle "deserves" an NBA team, and he'd be interested in becoming an owner.
"That's where I started my career, that's where I became a Hall of Famer," Payton said.
