You can't blame Paul George for being in a good mood Wednesday night, as his game-high 29 points helped the Indiana Pacers earn a much-needed victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
One postgame interview apparently wasn't enough for George, as he interrupted Solomon Hill's by smiling directly into the camera.
