NBA Game Summary - Houston at Memphis

Memphis, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Zach Randolph had 15 points and 17 rebounds as the Memphis Grizzlies routed the Houston Rockets, 99-81, on Saturday night.

Mike Conley scored 17 points, Courtney Lee added 15 and Kosta Koufos chipped in 14 points and seven rebounds for Memphis, which has won seven of its last eight games.

James Harden netted 16 points, while Dwight Howard tallied 10 points and 12 rebounds for the Rockets, who dropped both tilts of the home-and-home set against the Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies led 16-14 after a quarter of play and closed the opening half on an 11-2 run to create some distance.

Conley hit a jumper and 3-pointer before Mike Miller concluded the burst with a layup with three seconds left in the half to stake Memphis to a 46-35 lead at the break.

After Harden's layup provided the first points of the third, the Grizzlies netted the next seven to extend their margin to 53-37.

Memphis took a 71-54 advantage after three and led by as many as 27 in the fourth.
