William Byron: Wins iRacing at Bristol
Byron, who had led the most laps in the first two events but hadn't won, avoided problems this time to win Sunday's eNASCAR Pro Invitational iRacing Series event at a virtual Bristol Motor Speedway, NBC Sports reports.
Analysis:
Byron won the pole, and won the first 50-lap heat race. That would be a sign of things to come for the Hendrick Motorsports driver. Byron would go onto lead 114 of the 150 laps in the main feature. He would pass Chris Buescher in the closing laps and manage the restarts from there well to capture the victory.
