Neil Seery kicked off the main card of UFC Fight Night 76 in style.
Like a pair of Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots gifted with the ability to kick, Seery and Jon Delos Reyes slung some heavy leather, with the tough-as-nails Seery - clearly the more well-rounded fighter - winning most of the exchanges.
After a failed guillotine choke in the opening stanza, Seery went back to the well in the second round, snatching a tap-inducing choke at 4:12 of the frame when Delos Reyes tried to elevate the Irishman for an ill-advised slam.
The Irish crowd, including interim UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor, erupted after Seery's submission, as the 36-year-old notched his first finish inside the Octagon.
