UFC 332 sets several KO records

Fans in attendance at UFC 332 were treated to a historic level of violence.

The event set a new record for the most knockouts (11) and the most first-round knockouts (nine) on a card. It also set a new record for the most consecutive knockouts (eight) and the most consecutive first-round knockouts (seven) on a card.

UFC Fight Night: Imavov vs. Borralho - which took place in September 2025 - held the previous record for most knockouts on a card with nine.

Talbott steamrolls Figueiredo

Payton Talbott made it look easy against former flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo, finishing him via TKO at the 2:09 mark of the first round in a pivotal bantamweight bout.

Talbott dropped Figueiredo with a right hand in the opening seconds of the fight. He walked Figueiredo down and continued to inflict damage before putting him away with punches against the fence.

After the win, Talbott called for a fight with former bantamweight champ Sean O'Malley.

Talbott, who was coming off a win over former two-division titleholder Henry Cejudo at UFC 323 last December, is now riding a three-fight winning streak. The 28-year-old is 6-1 in the Octagon and 12-1 as a pro.

Figueiredo, 38, has lost two in a row and is 1-5 in his last six bouts.

Ribovics takes out Green

Esteban Ribovics picked up the biggest win of his career, finishing King Green via TKO at the 4:08 mark of the first round in a lightweight bout.

Ribovics dropped Green three times before forcing referee Herb Dean to step in.

The 30-year-old Argentine, who missed weight for the fight, is now riding a two-fight winning streak and is 3-1 in his last four outings.

Green, 40, saw his four-fight winning streak come to an end. He fell to a career 36-18-1 (1 NC).

Soldic wins UFC debut

Former KSW two-division champion Roberto Soldic got his hand raised in his UFC debut, defeating Khaos Williams via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-27, 29-27).

Soldic got off to a slow start, with Williams hurting him multiple times in the first round of the welterweight bout. But Soldic found his rhythm in a one-sided second round and didn't look back. He controlled the distance and pummeled Williams with surgical striking in the second half of the bout en route to a clear-cut victory.

Soldic, a 31-year-old fighting out of Croatia, is now riding a two-fight winning streak. He owns a 22-4 record as a professional.

Williams, 32, fell to 1-3 in his last four Octagon appearances.

Kopylov shocks Gautier

Roman Kopylov pulled off a huge upset against Ateba Gautier, knocking out the middleweight prospect at the 3:12 mark of the first round in the opening main-card bout.

Gautier suffered his first UFC loss and the first stoppage loss of his career.

Kopylov caught Gautier with a straight left, dropped him with another left, and then finished the job with hammerfists on the ground.

Kopylov, a 35-year-old Russian, is now riding a two-fight winning streak. This was his first stoppage victory since January 2025.

Gautier, a 24-year-old Cameroonian, began his UFC career with five straight wins, including four knockouts. He's now 11-2 as a pro.

Have a night, Imanol Rodriguez

Undefeated flyweight Imanol Rodriguez put on a show in the featured preliminary bout, stopping Alden Coria with a devastating body kick.

The finish came at the 3:11 mark of the first round.

Rodriguez came out hot, putting together combinations and swinging huge punches at his opponent. Then he landed a kick to the body that left Coria writhing in pain on the canvas.

As a result of Rodriguez's win, UFC 332 became the first event in modern UFC history to feature six consecutive first-round knockouts, according to the broadcast.

Rodriguez, a 26-year-old Mexican, stepped into the Octagon for the second time, moving to 8-0 as a professional.

Coria, 28, suffered his first UFC loss, falling to 3-1 in the promotion.

Another KO for Pinas

Middleweight prospect Damian Pinas stuck to his finishing ways against Andrey Pulyaev, scoring a brutal knockout win 75 seconds into the first round.

Pinas cornered Pulyaev against the fence and crumpled him with an uppercut.

The 24-year-old has scored three straight first-round knockouts to begin his budding UFC career. He made his debut in February after a win on Dana White's Contender Series last year.

Pulyaev, 29, has suffered first-round stoppage losses in back-to-back fights. He fell to 1-4 in the promotion.

McGhee gets the finish

Marcus McGhee beat the buzzer to finish Anthony Romero with punches at the 4:58 mark of the first round in their bantamweight clash.

McGhee dropped Romero with a jab and then secured the stoppage against the fence several moments later.

The 36-year-old is now riding a two-fight winning streak and is 6-1 in the UFC. His lone loss came against current bantamweight champion Petr Yan.

Romero stepped in on just days' notice to make his Octagon debut against McGhee. The 29-year-old fell to a career 7-3 (1 NC).

Wint needs just 23 seconds

Heavyweight prospect Anthony Wint made quick work of Lucas Armand in his second UFC appearance.

Wint went after Armand immediately after the opening bell rang and began teeing off with punches, scoring a TKO finish just 23 seconds into the fight.

The 31-year-old made his Octagon debut in August with a first-round submission win. He signed with the promotion earlier that month after a win on Dana White's Contender Series.

Wint, a former professional football player, improved to 9-0 in MMA with the win over Armand, who came up short in his UFC debut and fell to 6-1 as a pro.

Walker scores walk-off KO in UFC heavyweight debut

Johnny Walker impressed in his UFC heavyweight debut, knocking out Mick Parkin with a vicious knee in the clinch.

The walk-off finish came at the 3:35 mark of the first round.

Walker moved up to the heavyweight division after 16 UFC fights at light heavyweight. He was coming off a split-decision loss to Dominick Reyes at UFC 327 in April. The 34-year-old Brazilian earned his first win since a knockout of Zhang Mingyang in August 2025.

Parkin is riding a two-fight skid after beginning his UFC career with four straight victories. The 31-year-old Englishman suffered the first knockout loss of his career.

Jacobe Smith stays undefeated

Rising welterweight prospect Jacobe Smith delivered as a massive betting favorite against Bruce Whitehead, scoring a TKO finish at the 1:32 mark of the first round.

Smith landed a takedown and immediately began teeing off with vicious ground-and-pound until referee Marc Goddard intervened.

The 30-year-old improved to 4-0 in the UFC and 13-0 as a professional. Three of his Octagon wins have been first-round knockouts.

Whitehead, 29, came up short in his promotional debut. He fell to 8-3 as a pro.

Hernandez TKOs Dos Anjos

Alexander Hernandez spoiled Rafael dos Anjos' return to the cage, finishing the former lightweight champion via TKO. The stoppage came at the 3:12 mark of the second round.

Hernandez dropped Dos Anjos with a jab early in the round and landed some ground-and-pound from on top. A couple minutes later, Hernandez scored another knockdown as Dos Anjos tried to stand up. He followed up with a few more punches and forced a referee stoppage.

Dos Anjos stepped into the Octagon for the first time since he tore his ACL in an October 2024 loss to Geoff Neal. The 41-year-old Brazilian has lost four in a row. His last victory came against Bryan Barberena in December 2022.

Hernandez, 34, rebounded from a loss to Rafa Garcia and is now 5-1 in his last six outings.

Naurdiev edges out Vettori

Ismail Naurdiev defeated former middleweight title challenger Marvin Vettori via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28), picking up the biggest win of his career.

Naurdiev battered Vettori with leg kicks in the first round and wobbled him on the feet in the second. Vettori came on strong late in the fight, putting pressure on Naurdiev and landing big punches, but it wasn't enough to make up for the first two rounds.

With the victory, Naurdiev, 30, is now riding a two-fight winning streak and is 3-1 since returning to the UFC in October 2024.

Vettori, 33, suffered his fifth straight loss and remained winless since a decision over Roman Dolidze in March 2023.

McGee comes up short in final fight

Welterweight Eric Nolan spoiled Court McGee's retirement bout with a ferocious third-round knockout to kick off UFC 332.

Nolan rocked McGee with a right hand late in the round, overwhelmed him with elbows, knees, and punches up against the fence, and then put him out cold with another huge right. The finish came at the 3:26 mark of the frame.

Nolan, 29, earned his first UFC victory, improving to 1-2 in the promotion.

McGee finishes his 19-year professional career with a 22-15 record. He lost the final two bouts of his UFC tenure.

Prefight notes

Silva and Wang will square off to determine the next women's flyweight champion after Valentina Shevchenko vacated the title in September due to lingering injuries.

Silva, the No. 1-ranked contender, has deserved a shot at the belt for a while. The 29-year-old Brazilian has scored three consecutive wins over former UFC champions in Rose Namajunas, Alexa Grasso, and Jessica Andrade. Silva holds an 8-0 record in the Octagon and is riding a 14-fight winning streak overall.

Wang, ranked No. 6 in the division, has enjoyed a quick run to a title shot. The 34-year-old Chinese fighter rattled off wins over Tracy Cortez and Eduarda Moura earlier this year to extend her winning streak to four and set up the fight with Silva.

In the UFC 332 co-main event, former flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo takes on rising prospect Payton Talbott in a pivotal bantamweight clash.
